After the great success of last year’s event, we are pleased to announce the 2nd DanatCon Business Challenge. This year’s event will carry over the same highly successful formula but will be bigger, better and more enjoyable.
Management Teams from 15 of the best Companies in Cyprus will compete against each other in a true test of Business Management skills.
A small team of professionals from each Company will undertake the challenge of managing a virtual Company. Over four rounds, management teams will have to make all the necessary decisions to keep their company successful. They will have to consider:
- Products – which products to sell to match their target customers and in what quantities to stock them
- Price – at what price levels they will sell their products
- Staffing – how many staff to employ, what salary to pay them and what bonuses to offer (if any)
- Marketing – what type of promotion to do and how much to spend on marketing
- Competition – keep an eye on what your competition is doing
- Financials – keep an eye on Revenues, profit margins, cashflow
The winning Company will be the one that has created the maximum business “value”. Companies with the top three scores will receive awards and be given significant exposure in the business media.
