DanatCon delivered a powerful business simulation training to the Charalambides Christis leadership team. This was highly engaging and effective to assess the level of business acumen amongst our people and to educate and inspire a helicopter thinking in our business decisions. The St Raphael Resort management team would like to thank DanatCon for their recent business simulation carried out on our premises. All participants were very enthusiastic about the simulation that brought out their entrepreneurship, their engagement and improved and fine-tuned their decision making skills. The simulation breaks the business down so that the departmental heads can understand what decisions have to be made and how these decisions affect their operation. DanatCon brought a wealth of experience from similar projects and worked in a very professional way with the Academy Team and senior executives at Obeikan to both design and sell the concept. The programme was designed to be specific to the Obeikan group business, customer base and workforce. The programme initially led to internal teams leading approximately fifteen projects to improve the customer experience. I would recommend DanatCon to any organisation wishing to significantly improve the culture of putting the customer first and to make a real impact and step change within their workforce.

Danatcon has greatly helped Navarino to bring form and substance to the corporate culture we wanted to encourage throughout our organization.
